I cannot see my policy in My Account!

In a rare situation when your policy is not showing in My Account, you can simply chat with us using Whatsapp Chat Support on our website, and will get this checked. 

Which policy is eligible for CARES?
1) Policies that appear under "Policies" in My Account. 
2) Renewed policies that appear under "Policies" in My Account. 
I am confused between roles of Beshak Expert & Beshak

It's simple. Beshak Expert is your first line of contact for everything in the policy - issuance, renewals, claims, disputes. Beshak CARES will ensure you have backup support when things aren't working. 

How is this free?

We earn revenue from platform fees paid by Beshak Experts, so we can offer CARES free to customers. If this ever changes, we’ll inform you in advance.

If I have bought the policy from outside, can I use Beshak CARES?

Not immediately. But we intend to launch a paid service for policies bought outside Beshak ecosystem. Follow us on Twitter/Instagram to get instant updates. 

Is the claim resolution guaranteed?

No one can guarantee a claim resolution, as no can control the final decision made by the insurer, ombudsman, or the courts. Our role is to ensure you’re never alone in the process and that your case is presented as strongly as possible.

Is this support really lifelong? What if Beshak shuts down?

That's a valid question. If we ever shut down, we’ll leave the the documentation ready. Our founder, Mahavir Chopra is committed to cause, and would like to be available personally through email if not through the organization. Until then, we’re here to help, with zero agenda and no sugarcoating.

What exactly does Beshak CARES do during a dispute?

We help you understand why the claim was rejected or delayed, guide you through the documentation, and assist with formal escalations — including filing with the insurer, the IRDAI grievance cell, or the Insurance Ombudsman. We’re not here just to type letters. We’re here to help you fight smart.

What Beshak CARES is not?
  • We are not an insurer or TPA: We don’t underwrite, sell, or service insurance policies. We don’t work for any insurance company.
  • We are not IRDAI-regulated: Beshak CARES is a backup support initiative, not a licensed insurance intermediary.
  • We don’t promise claim approvals: We help you fight smart, but we don’t control the final decision. No false guarantees.
  • We don’t represent you legally: Our dispute resolution support includes guidance and documentation — not legal advocacy in court.
  • We don’t offer this to everyone: Beshak CARES is currently available only for policies purchased through Beshak, or linked to a verified Beshak My Account.
  • We don’t do this for profit. Beshak CARES is free. If that ever changes, you’ll be informed — with your consent.
